⊱ Please tell us your business name, font, and color in the personalization box. You can select a font from picture 7 on the listing or send us the name of the font that you would like to use. If a font or color is not selected, we will use black and default text.

ABOUT OUR LABELS
Our labels are waterproof but are not designed to be submerged in water unless the labels wrap around the tube and layer on the ends. Our labels are not meant for darker or high pigmented lip glosses. We recommend choosing darker colors for your labels to ensure they show on the lip gloss tubes.
✑ Our clear gloss labels are made of completely transparent polyester material with permanent adhesive. The polyester material gives your labels that photo-quality, clear gloss finish. Please make sure your product is completely clean and dry before applying the label to ensure a clean and permanent finish.
✑ Our “regular” gloss, weatherproof labels are made to produce beautiful images and be extremely water and tear resistance. This option is best for a background filled with color.
Labels and stickers should be placed on a dry and clean surface and handled with care for the best results.
⊗At this time, we cannot print white, neon, or metalic. We do not make holographic labels but we can make labels with an ombre colors. If you are looking for holographic or metalic labels, we recommend typing “vinyl labels” in the search to find the perfect labels for your tubes. (:

Due to variations in computer monitor color settings and resolution, printed colors may vary slightly. We will not be held responsible for illegal use of images on files submitted by customers. Shipping Policy
TURNAROUND TIME:
Generally, a design can be completed within 2-3 business days, but it all depends on the communication between us and the number of revisions. Once your custom design is completed, we will send the design to you for your approval. Once approval has been given, the printing process will begin and no other revisions will be allowed. Please be sure to follow all instructions and keep and eye on your messages/email to prevent any delays in your order.
⌛Rush Orders | Same-Day Shipping

We ship through USPS which is typically, 1-5 business days depending on the shipping priority level you select at checkout. We do not have any control over how fast your order gets to you once it is shipped.
PRINTING & SHIPPING TIME:
It will take 5-7 business days to process your order prior to shipping it to you. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for USPS to deliver your item. You can expedite the shipping process by selecting "priority mail" during checkout.
Please make sure you provide the right address when placing your order. To change your address after your order has shipped, please call USPS. Please also contact USPS for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages to open a dispute. Any packages returned will be the buyers responsibility to pay for reshipment.
